General Information

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we regularly send worldwide and if you country is not yet added, please contact us and we will see what we can do to help!

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We do have retailers and popup stores that we do on occasion but other than that we are online based. Our production HQ is located in Gothenburg, Sweden but we do not have any sales or showroom there we’re sorry to say.

When will my stuff arrive?

We do our very best to ship as quickly as we can and mostly your order will arrived within a week. Due to geographical size it can take longer due to the fact we do not carry over-seas warehouses or remote locations. We do this to keep prices down for you but the potential downside is that it might be a few extra days until you get your new sweet stuff.

Please note that we reserves the right to request additional information to verify your order. Your order may need to be placed on hold and/or canceled until the order can be verified. We do this to protect the identity of our customers so that we can provide a safe online experience.

Which methods of payment works?

We accept payments from the following: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Klarna where applicable.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order or return it if you do not use the product and if the product was not made-to-order. Please see our full Return policy for more info.

Can I buy your clothes locally?

We do on occasion work with local pop-up stores as well as reputable retailer and resellers. These can be found on our retail page as well as promoted on our social media channels.

Can you lower the value of goods for customs?

No, we can’t control the overseas charges and customs and it is illegal to change the price so please don’t ask. Hope you understand.

How long does it take to get my order?

Our regular delivery time is between 5-7 working days but we always try and move as fast as we can. If you require a more accurate time frame please contact our customer service and we will try and give an estimate.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping within Europe for all orders over €65

Do you have stickers or decals?

We always try and include additional stickers and decals with our orders and we occasionally have them online too for purchase as well as stock our retailers.
